Mark J. Mandell
Mark Mandell has been practicing law since 1974. Well versed in many areas of the general practice of civil law, he has represented and counseled innumerable clients in business and personal matters over the years. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to the representation of real estate professionals and investors in multi-family residential properties, mixed use properties, shopping centers, office buildings and commercial and retail properties. He regularly works with clients in the purchase, financing, sale and leasing of real property with transactions ranging from those involving single buildings to complex multi-property packages.
Lynn S. Okin
Lynn Okin has been practicing law since 1983. She provides legal services in areas including estate administration, probate (contested and uncontested), estate accounting's and other estate proceedings; estate planning, preparation of wills and trusts and related planning; real estate transactions including purchases, sales, refinances of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties; and general corporate matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses and negotiation of business contracts.

Glen Edelman has been practicing law since 1985. He represents privately held companies and individuals in connection with their day-to-day general legal matters and transactional needs. Matthew M. Mandell
Matt Mandell has been with the firm since 1999.
