Mark Mandell has been practicing law since 1974. Well versed in many areas of the general practice of civil law, he has represented and counseled innumerable clients in business and personal matters over the years. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to the representation of real estate professionals and investors in multi-family residential properties, mixed use properties, shopping centers, office buildings and commercial and retail properties. He regularly works with clients in the purchase, financing, sale and leasing of real property with transactions ranging from those involving single buildings to complex multi-property packages.

Lynn Okin has been practicing law since 1983. She provides legal services in areas including estate administration, probate (contested and uncontested), estate accounting's and other estate proceedings; estate planning, preparation of wills and trusts and related planning; real estate transactions including purchases, sales, refinances of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties; and general corporate matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses and negotiation of business contracts.

Glen Edelman has been practicing law since 1985. He represents privately held companies and individuals in connection with their day-to-day general legal matters and transactional needs. His areas of concentration include all aspects of acquisitions and sale of commercial, residential, retail and mixed use real estate; real estate financing; commercial and retail leasing; commercial business transactions for closely held entities, including the acquisition or sale of businesses and/or interests in business entities, business financing through various forms of credit and other asset based lending facilities, and entity governance agreements such as shareholder, partnership, operating and joint venture agreements.

Matt Mandell has been with the firm since 1999. He handles a wide variety of matters, including representing small businesses in general corporate matters, contracts, and litigation; investors in the acquisition, financing and sale of portfolios comprised of multi-family, mixed use, retail, residential, and commercial real estate; landlords and tenants in commercial leasing negotiations and litigation; apartment corporations and condominiums in their management and operations; and individuals in residential real estate transactions and estate planning matters.
