Lynn Okin has been practicing law since 1983. She provides legal services in areas including estate administration, probate (contested and uncontested), estate accounting's and other estate proceedings; estate planning, preparation of wills and trusts and related planning; real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and refinances of residential, commercial and mixed-use properties; and general corporate matters, including the purchase and sale of businesses and negotiation of business contracts.

She is a member of the Trust and Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Surrogate's Court Committee of the Brooklyn Bar Association and a member of the Queens County Bar Association. She is a past member of the Grievance Committee for the Second and Eleventh Judicial Districts.
