Mark Mandell has been practicing law since 1974. Well versed in many areas of the general practice of civil law, he has represented and counseled innumerable clients in business and personal matters over the years. He devotes a substantial portion of his practice to the representation of real estate professionals and investors in multi-family residential properties, mixed use properties, shopping centers, office buildings and commercial and retail properties. He regularly works with clients in the purchase, financing, sale and leasing of real property with transactions ranging from those involving single buildings to complex multi-property packages.
He frequently lectures at Continuing Legal Education seminars for attorneys and acts as counsel to other attorneys in affording representation and advice. He is a member of the Real Estate Section of the New York State Bar Association and the Real Property Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.
