Matt Mandell has been with the firm since 1999. He handles a wide variety of matters, including representing small businesses in general corporate matters, contracts, and litigation; investors in the acquisition, financing and sale of portfolios comprised of multi-family, mixed use, retail, residential, and commercial real estate; landlords and tenants in commercial leasing negotiations and litigation; apartment corporations and condominiums in their management and operations; and individuals in residential real estate transactions and estate planning matters. 

He currently serves as a Director and Secretary on the Board of Forest Hills South Owners, Inc., a cooperative corporation, where he helps make decisions regarding real estate management, employer/employee relations, and general corporate governance issues.
